Your SipLift Signature Hydration Flask is crafted to endure — in performance and in appearance. To safeguard your investment, every flask comes with a Lifetime Warranty covering both functional integrity and cosmetic elegance, reserved exclusively for the original owner.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects: insulation failure, faulty construction, or defective components.
  • Cosmetic refinement: visible scratches, dents, or brand fading that diminish the flask’s distinguished appearance.

What’s Not Covered

  • Misuse, neglect, or intentional damage
  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or engraving
  • Lost or stolen products

Ownership Requirement

This Lifetime Warranty applies solely to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • To activate coverage, the original purchaser must register the product within 30 days of purchase at siplift.com/register.
  • Registration requires:
    • First and last name
    • Email address
    • Mailing address
    • Order number
    • Purchase date
    • Serial number
    • A clear photo of the SipLift flask next to the warranty card showing the serial number
    • Agreement to SipLift’s Lifetime Warranty Terms
  • To submit a claim, the same information provided at registration must be confirmed.

Gift Registration

If your SipLift flask is purchased as a gift:

  • The recipient may register the warranty within 30 days of purchase.
  • Registration must be completed online at siplift.com/register (or by mail if preferred).
  • Registration requires:
    • Recipient’s first and last name
    • Recipient’s email and mailing address
    • Original order number and purchase date
    • Purchaser’s name (as it appears on the order)
    • Serial number
    • A clear photo of the SipLift flask next to the warranty card showing the serial number
    • Agreement to SipLift’s Lifetime Warranty Terms
  • Once registered, coverage applies exclusively to the recipient and remains non-transferable thereafter.

How to Make a Claim

    1. Submit proof of purchase and photos clearly showing the defect or cosmetic concern.
    2. Provide proof of identity matching the order or registered gift recipient.
    3. Upon approval, a flat $19.99 shipping & handling fee applies, covering premium packaging and insured delivery.
    4. A replacement flask will be shipped to you.

Replacement Terms

    • If your exact model or color is no longer available, SipLift may provide a comparable flask of equal or lesser value, at our discretion.
    • If SipLift discontinues hydration products entirely, claims may be fulfilled with a one-time store credit toward any other SipLift product.
    • Limit: One replacement every 24 months per customer.
    • Replacement products may differ in size, color, or style.


Legal Notes

    • Warranty applies only to purchases made directly through SipLift or authorized retailers.
    • Claims that do not meet these terms, or appear fraudulent, may be denied.
    • This warranty grants you specific legal rights; you may also have additional rights that vary by state or country.
